I was first introduced to this person because he posted his story on Facebook and it blew my mind! His name is Devin Adams, and he is exactly what you think he would be like: A professional bodybuilder with a physique I never thought possible.

I have tried working towards getting fit in silence before, but I have never seen anybody with such powerful curves. When I decided to go on Madison's challenge, I was intimidated by all the pictures of celebrities. Anyway, when you read the title, you may realize that I am talking about my own personal trainer; rather than, you know… some crazy gym rat! Devin has got himself through many workouts and they have not fallen short of showing me how incredible he really is! If you're still wondering how you can do it, the way Devin puts it, simply put the barbells in your hand and walk around doing pushes. Take them off the bar a little bit and then move them back and forth. Repeat the whole exercise while holding them. Keep repeating the same motions over and over until you've perfected the movements. Remember, even a small amount of bodybuilders can change your entire life! It doesn't matter whether you do it right away or day after day or whether or not you are 'the best.' Just keep it up, and keep practicing, and eventually, we will see if you can actually pull off such stunts! Until next time!!
